EDC (Entrepreneurship Development Cell) was established on 12th Jan 2013 with a vision to bridge the gap between Industry and Academia. The Entrepreneurship Cell at Mar Ephraem aspires to transform today’s technocrats into tomorrow’s corporates. The aim of Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) is to develop and strengthen entrepreneurial qualities in the budding professionals who are interested in starting their own ventures. The institution provides infrastructure and technical support to the students having innovative ideas to transform into new products and services for the betterment of the society. The cell undertakes several activities for student development wherein the student gets corporate exposure while studying and develops a spirit of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship development cell bridges the gap between ideas to the market product.
In the Year 2016 to 2019 Mar Ephraem EDC organized 11 Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps, Which is funded by, EDII Ahmadabad.
In the year 2019 Mar Ephraem EDC received an sanction order for NewGen IEDC Funded by DST, NSTEDB (2.87 Cores) and also completed 85 student innovative project.
